Linen can be left for you to make up beds including towels. Gas for hot water and central heating and electricity for cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle, TV radio and iron are included in the rent..
Short breaks are welcome but weekly bookings for July, August and Bank holidays, except for short notice.
No smoking please and as this is a flat we cannot accept pets.
The beds have pillows and blankets. Double bed is now a 5ft kingsize bed.
Parking for one car or two small ones is available just off the road outside the house. The flat is non-smoking.
There is a small morning Nursery School on the ground floor in term time. This runs from 9.a.m. – 12 noon and you can hear them playing from the flat but it is the noise of happy 3-4 year olds and not out of control children! But not there during school holidays.
The road is a cul-d-sac and particularly quiet at night.
